At Naked & Famous Denim, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your jeans don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that hemmed or customized denim is considered final sale and cannot be returned.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
