What is raw denim and how should I care for it?
Raw denim is fabric that has not been pre-washed or distressed. For best results, wear your jeans for at least six months before the first wash to allow for unique fading and personal creases. When washing, use cold water and hang to dry.
How do I determine my correct size?
Since we use unsanforized and sanforized fabrics with different shrink rates, we recommend using our detailed Fit Guide and measuring your favorite pair of jeans against our size charts for each specific fit.
Do you offer free shipping on international orders?
We offer free shipping on orders over a certain threshold within North America. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 21 days of delivery. Please note that items that have been customized or hemmed are final sale and cannot be returned.
Where are Naked & Famous Denim products made?
All of our jeans are proudly cut and sewn in our own factory in Canada, using the finest fabrics sourced exclusively from the world's best mills in Japan.
Can I have my jeans hemmed before shipping?
Yes, we offer professional chain-stitch hemming services on our vintage Union Special machines. Please specify your desired inseam length in the order notes, keeping in mind that hemmed items are non-refundable.
